Our pricing is competitive and straightforward, with no hidden fees. We provide a detailed quote upfront based on factors like the size of the move, distance, and any additional services like packing or unpacking. We offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, and military personnel. We also ensure flexibility in case of special circumstances and are happy to discuss customized solutions that fit your budget. Transparency is key for us, so we make sure all costs are clearly communicated before the job begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin by having an in-depth conversation to understand their specific moving needs and expectations. I gather all the necessary details, such as the size of the move, any special items that require extra care, and the desired timeline. Next, I provide a transparent quote and explain the services we offer. Once everything is agreed upon, I coordinate the logistics and keep the customer informed every step of the way. On moving day, my team arrives on time, handles all items with care, and ensures everything is set up exactly as the customer wants. After the move, I always check in to make sure they’re satisfied with the service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in the moving industry comes from hands on work over the years, combined with a background in logistics and customer service. I’ve undergone specialized training in packing, handling, and transporting items safely and efficiently. Additionally, I’m a UCF Graduate who completed a lot of courses in business management, which help me run operations smoothly and ensure a high level of service for my clients. My team and I also stay updated with the latest techniques and safety protocols to provide the best moving experience.
