- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a direct services to Thumbtack customers the fees are discounted compared to the Integrity Notary Services website, and are as follows: $5 for signature plus $40 travel fee or $15 Online fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple. In our communication we'll discuss the type of documents and set a time and location. The location can vary from a office building, residential home, a coffee shop, or a locale that is best for you. For Online Services you'll upload your documents, complete the verification process, and then we'll complete your signing by webcam.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Bachelors in Science degree I hold is from the University of West Florida in Applied Mathematics. My professions include educating at the high school level, recruiting senior level positions for software companies, and currently a REALTOR for a local real estate broker. Which lends to have viewed a variety of documents and the required notarization required.
