- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES!!! Anyone who says NO or has no answer in this field does not realize how badly they are CHEATING there clients. Just in the past year more than 21 Florida documents for Family Law have changed. Think about it like this in the 1990's one of the FASTEST production car was a McLaren F1 that went from 0-60 in 3.3 seconds which is amazingly fast but in 2014 the list has been updated and the Porsche 918 Spyder can do it in 2.3 seconds. Doesn't seem like much but it is still different. So just like cars and technology our field evolves, and YES so do we, definitely keeping up with the changing times.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The choice was not a very difficult one, because I had to complete many pro se cases for my self and realized that most lawyers were in this for the buck $5000 for a simple motion or $2500 retainer just to start a modification. It only made sense to create a service that not only empowered the average person but also created a simple money saving solution to prepare the documents for self representing clients.
