Introduction: No matter your fitness level, I try to tailor and design programs that are specifically designed for functional and everyday movements.
Also, I am certified with the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have additional certifications in suspension training, kettlebells, and SpeedBlast training and love incorporating these modalities of training in my sessions.
