Introduction

Guiding others in reaching personal goals while providing a challenging yet fun training regiment. Whether your objective is to train for competition, properly defend yourself, or build confidence while getting in shape - my programming is built around you. I focus on MMA training as well as individual disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, cage/open mat wrestling, and kickboxing. I have trained mixed martial arts for 10 years and also competed at the professional level. Work out plan was specified to what I needed and flexible scheduling available to work around my day. Rodney was very knowledgeable and was able to teach new exercises that refreshed my work outs from the same old exercises I’ve been used to.

I started training MMA when I was 17 years old, since then I have accumulated a multitude of knowledge and I am still learning everyday. I have had amateur and professional fights. I have trained in Las Vegas and Florida, I truly became hooked on teaching others, and helping them reach their goals.
