I messaged them and told them I would possibly be later than 7 and they agreed to have someone stay an additional 15 mins so I could get my IPad in for repair. If my iPad happens to fall from over 6ft I’ll be back.

Traced my PSU cables to the wrong spots on motherboard. Hard drives plugged into wrong ports, and CPU pins busted. Still charged me $190 though. I get paying even if the problem isn’t fixed, like a mechanic, but it shouldn’t be worse than when I came in.

Firstly, power supply cables and hard drives have specific connectors, ensuring they can only be plugged in one way. As for the claim about bent CPU pins, we want to clarify that your computer wouldn't have worked if there were bent pins. Rest assured, we never touched the CPU during the repair process as it was preinstalled. By the way, we must commend our team for their unique talent in dealing with unexpected guests. Your computer came with a surprise party of at least 50 live roaches inside, and we took the liberty to show them the exit before getting to work. It's not our typical service, but hey, we like to go above and beyond for our customers.
