- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair, and competitive. I don't offer refunds but rescheduling and retakes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know them by letting them tell me what they want. If I know that and what they are looking for in their service, then I am able to deliver my service with complete satisfaction that they will be satisfied with what they have contracted me for delivering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am truly self taught through hours of experience and traing videos from Creative Live, Lynda, and youtube. I'm not ashamed of not having a formal educaton n photography, because I am truly a natural creative visionary photographer. I capture the feeling in the moment in the picture.
