Introduction: Would you like to work with a professional that's reasonably priced and treats your home as respectful as they would treat their own? That is exactly what I do for each and every one of my customers. I like working with my hands and seeing the finished project. I get to do both of these things as well as allowing my customers schedule flexibility so I can work with them at the pace and time that's going to be the best for each of them. I love seeing the smiles I get from customers once they see their projects completed to their expectations or better.

Popcorn Texture Removal

Sylvester and his team were great to work with and I highly recommend anyone looking to update your home, start with Sylvester and his team before anyone else. They removed all of the popcorn ceiling throughout my home and did a wonderful job with the knockdown texture and paint. Sylvester has a great eye for home remodeling and provided me with some excellent recommendations for my first home. Any future major projects in my home will definitely be worked on with Sylvester and his team.

Sylvester just finished our popcorn removal and painting of our entire house and of remodeling of our bathroom counters and cabinets, I am so happy with the results, I felt compelled to write a review. A lot of times, people only write reviews for bad service or work that was poorly done, so I thought I'd take the time to recognize some excellent work. I was beyond impressed with Sylvester. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen counters and cabinets, we knew we had to find someone different for our bathrooms and other things we needed done. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Sylvester actually came in at the best price. On top of that, he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way. I would definitely hire Sylvester again, He was such a pleasure to work with. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.

Cabinet Repair

He did a great job installing the cabinet and drawer pulls in my kitchen! I might need to rehire him to do the ones in my bathrooms that I had forgotten about.

Countertop Repair or Maintenance

Sylvester replaced 2 laminate vanities in our bathrooms. The price was great and he got it done on time. We were happy with the results.

Popcorn Texture Removal

SYLVESTER and his crew with BLAIR MILLENNIUM was excellent and we could not be more happier with our celiings. Our place looks bigger, has a clean finish and everyone who has seen it agrees with how great it looks. Blair Millennium took care of EVERYTHING and gave us the best quote (about $1000.00 LESS than one company we received). We look forward to working with them again on our next project and have already recommended them to a few friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide a free consultation for potential customers over the phone to get information about your project and what you are wanting done. After our phone conversation, I generally want to come out and visualize what I'll be working on for you and give an exact pricing to complete the job.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked hands on in different areas of construction since I was 17 years old. My training has been in the field working practical application as well as focusing on my customers being completely satisfied with the end product.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was in high school I excelled at fixing different things that broke. For example my bike in high school got broken and I was able to repair it myself. My uncle had his own construction business and hired me to help him as a part time job. I loved it and it was something I knew I was great at so I wanted to continue doing it professionally.
