What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different properties sizes different prices they vary but I never go outside of the customers budget or leave the job undone about a few dollars. Customer satisfaction lasts longer that and amount of money. The difference between All Around Pressure Washing and most companies is we really mean it when we say "Customer satisfaction last longer than money" I will work in your budget and still get the job done with same quality as if you paid my asking price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customers always get to see the job while it's getting done. I like to show the difference of now and before I got here. I like to show you what your paying for. And the process to get the job done correctly. You'll likely learn something new watching our procedures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed for all chemicals (Commercial chemical used only) No Bleach or Chlorine used . All chemical diluted with water before applied. All chemicals are pet and plant friendly.
