- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and can sometimes be flexible. I am also open to discounts where they apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get all details upfront (all work to be completed, pictures if available, if anything needs to be moved, etc.). This ensures that quoting is accurate and the expectations can be met to 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training as well as classes for specific applications (ie paver sealing).
