Contacted Choi for lawnmowing / landscape cleanup. He responded quickly and was able to start the next day. Upon arrival he walked the property with us to understand the scope of work. He was also asked to walk the yard with him to see if his work met our expectations (he did!). We will be calling Choi again to help us with additional cleanup and weekly mowing.

Absolutely fantastic work. Driveway had not been washed for years. Removed mold and debris. Worked on it for hours and it was left immaculate. Couldn’t recommend Those Guys enough. Great value and excellent customer service.

All I can say is wow! Khoi did an impeccable job. I didn’t know what to expect my driveway was dark. I thought it would come out a little lighter but he exceeded my expectations. I had no idea how light he could get it it looks like new concrete. I highly recommend Khoi he takes pride in his work and boy does it show. I will definitely use this company again.

All of our services are affordable. We offer HOA, Military, Sir discounts and more!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once Contacted, I like to first get the address of the property to be serviced. This way i can view it online to provide a free estimate. Next, I find out exactly what my customer is trying to achieve, when they want it done and let them know exactly how i plan to meet their goals. We then lock in a date and time for service to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of pressure washing experience. Ive also networked with many leaders in the industry through seminars and joining forces on projects to insure i stay up to date on industry standards and procedures.
