We can't say enough about the excellent customer service and expertise we receive from porterhouse properties ...especially working with Regina Salgado ,Regina walked us thru a very uncomfortable eviction . Her professionalism and advice was spot on ! I had never been thru an eviction and I really had no reference point .but With Regina's help .we were able to get that tenant out in a timely manner ! I was so relieved to have Regina on my side . The service that Regina provides is extremely affordable and soo worth it ! She communicates quickly and efficiently and still does ! If your looking for a property manager , I highly recommend Regina with Porterhouse properties .. you won't regret the decision!

I would give Regina 20 stars if I could. She's the best property manager I have ever used. I've been a landlord for decades and this lady is very thorough with respect to finding the best tenant and the move-in inspection report. My report contained 64 photos of the house.Thanks Regina

Amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Regina. She was fantastic throught the whole process of renting my apt. If I could give Regina 10 stars I would! She answered all my questions, responded to my texts within minutes and went above and beyond to make sure I was in my apt within a few days. She is beyond efficient. A million thanks to Regina and Porterhouse Properties ;-)
