We can't say enough about the excellent customer service and expertise we receive from porterhouse properties ...especially working with Regina Salgado ,Regina walked us thru a very uncomfortable eviction . Her professionalism and advice was spot on ! I had never been thru an eviction and I really had no reference point .but With Regina's help .we were able to get that tenant out in a timely manner ! I was so relieved to have Regina on my side . The service that Regina provides is extremely affordable and soo worth it ! She communicates quickly and efficiently and still does ! If your looking for a property manager , I highly recommend Regina with Porterhouse properties .. you won't regret the decision!

I would give Regina 20 stars if I could. She's the best property manager I have ever used. I've been a landlord for decades and this lady is very thorough with respect to finding the best tenant and the move-in inspection report. My report contained 64 photos of the house.Thanks Regina

Best property management company in Orlando, period! I have had the experience of working Jeremy and Regina and they both have been phenomenal in helping us understand market stats and helped negotiate the best contract.Property management has to be sustainable for both parties, this company and the team maintains healthy relationships with tenants and owners in helping drive precision and timeliness in delivery and contracts.Also Regina our relations manager has been absolutely amazing thru the whole journey, she is extremely sophisticated in property management and has kept us upto date with the latest pricing and trends. Regina has been 5 star performer and definitely recommend the company to anybody looking for property management.
