Me and my wife knew nothing about rentals or property management but Mr. Diaz educated us and made us feel secure that we would have the best tenants. Also what I found nice were the no front fee or cancelation fee was great. Thank you

We were very impressed with the tremendous amount of marketing Leo did for us. Within 24 hours, he had the property on Realtor.com , the MLS and about a dozen other websites. He even shot an HD video of our property and put it online. Two weeks later, he had our home rented. Last year we had to do a ton of maintenance to the property ( AC, Water Heater and two broken garage door springs), Leo took care of it all. Once all the work was done, we got before and after photos and detailed copies of all the paid invoices. If you are looking for a hands on manager that doesnt charge junk fees, hes your man.
