- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
25-30 Pictures for $175. Sky Replacements are $10 each, virtual furniture staging starts at $30/shot, day to dusk shots are $50 each or 2 for $75, tv image add ins and fireplace inserts are always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide 24-48 hour turn around time. Payment is only expected once you're satisfied with the pictures I deliver. As real estate is a referral business, I will only accept payment if you're satisfied. The greatest compliment you can give me is a referral. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had years of practice with photography and am very knowledgeable with the post editing process working with Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop to deliver the best picture possible through my post-editing techniques. My goal is to capture the property as realistic as possible, with an edge of creativity and space.
