- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are not complicated at all. The typical fee for listing to sell is 6% of the gross sales price. The fee for rental is 10% of the annual gross income and management is also 10% of the monthly rent. However, if I am contracted for various simultanious services, I do make adjustments towards a mutual benefit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly updating my education with the changes in the legisture and continuous technology changes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in the construction and painting contracting business. But what I enjoyed mostly was 2nd phase of the business...marketing and selling. And here I am today, doing what I enjoy.
