I was managing my rental house in Deltona and I ran into a problem with my renter. I handled the eviction myself and decided it was time to engage Nick's company. I wish I would have done this 3 years ago. Nick met me at the house and jumped right in to get the house ready for rental. I did not need to lift a finger and once the house was cleaned up he got it rented. This was a hassle free experience. I would highly recommend Nick and PGS for your rental management needs.

The wonderful people at All County Preferred went above and beyond managing my rental property. From selecting the best tenant, handling the paperwork, dealing with work orders and even working with my real estate agent during the sale process they handled everything with amazing professionalism. During that time I was a post divorce, single mother of 2 stuck in a house I couldn't afford or sell thanks to the housing market crash who needed to move out of state to be near family. To have people who I could trust was invaluable to me during such a stressful time. They found great tenants and handled any issue that came up quickly and professionaly. I was finally able to sell almost 2 years later and avoid financial ruin. I would not have been able to do that without their help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental management agency. They are truly genuine, decent people who are really great at what they do.

Oliver and Devinee Overton-Morgan took over as property managers for a rental I was renting in downtown Orlando . The actual owner had moved to NC and needed a local presence to facilitate any needs and expedite issues. with Oliver and Devinee from Absolut Realty Inc. ,the transition was seamless. they were always upfront and honest with me and didn't try any unethical tactics. They were timely and handled any issues with completeness and used technology to help coordinate communication and payment solutions. I Would recommend them to anyone .

Since ASJ have taken over the management of our Florida home we have seen a big improvement. ASJ are a very friendly company and go that extra mile to ensure our home is clean, fresh and up to date. The garden and pool areas have improved and they have made small improvements that have made a big difference....window alarms, new linens, VERY DEEP cleans etc and have suggested improvements to us which we have had done. We have had more bookings in our home too and ASJ are working hard to promote the business and therefore our rental home. I would certainly recommend ASJ to anyone looking for a professional, hard working, management company who put the owners and their homes first.
