I am unable to comment on the work performed due to the property is a rental and I’m not local, however, I can comment when asked how many shingles were replaced and the request for better pictures of the areas that were repaired, Richard was very rude and unprofessional. Richard even had the audacity to recommend that I ask the tenants to take pictures of the garbage, because that is apparently where he threw all the damaged shingles away, to determine how many shingles were replaced.
