I initially contacted the pro through Thumbtack, and I’m assuming they had a high volume of inquiries because it took a little time to get in touch. However, I’ve been using them for a while now, and every time I call, they are available 24/7.
If you’re looking for fast service, I recommend 24/7 Camera Installations. The phone number is 786-969-2461. Every time I call, they either pick up right away or call back shortly after. Their service is truly 24/7.
Whenever I’ve had an issue—whether it’s a problem with my DVR or something like an animal damaging a wire in the attic—they respond quickly. For emergency calls, they do charge a fee, but they typically arrive within the hour at any time of day.
When it came to my camera installation, they showed up promptly after I called. I was able to get a quote over the phone, which was very convenient, and even though the job ended up being slightly more expensive in person, they honored the original quote given over the phone. The installation itself took a couple of hours.
Overall, they are very nice, professional, and reliable. I’ve had a great experience working with them and highly recommend their services 100% this is the flyer on their website if needed
