Rod Smith/Lapin unstopped my kitchen sink previously. He was the third plumber to check it out, but the first one to fix it. (in less than 1/2 hr.) A couple of years ago, I was having my bathroom remodeled and whenever the carpenter pulled out my vanity, he discovered pin hole leaks in my water pipes. I called Rod and he recommended due to the age of my home, replacing the piping. He had that done and I was extremely satisfied. However, in June of this year I had another problem which turned out to be due to defect in the replaced pipe. I called Rod and he immediately responded, covering the incident entirely. He called in Mike Riley with Riley Drywall and Ashley Peterson/Jose Sanchez with Cntrl FL Restoration Solutions. I cannot express how blessed I feel to find that Rod Smith/Lapin promptly oversaw the job and went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. 9/29/2021 Ethel Henderson

Awesome service! Professional and knowledgeable staff who do high quality work.Danny and Ernesto were on site to pump the septic tank. I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 and they quoted a time window of 12:00-3:00, per usual. The technicians showed up promptly at 11:50.They were precise in finding the exact location of the septic tank so that there was no unnecessary digging, and they were considerate of landscaping throughout - both marks of professionalism.Danny and Ernesto took the time to explain how my specific septic system was set up. They also spent time looking into a potential leak underground, adjacent to the septic tank.Really glad that I called Lapin Services!
