Overall satisfied with the customer care and his timeliness. He communicated well despite English not being his first language and is extremely courteous! Quality of work was average, maybe below. My slab was uneven and he laid laminate over it without leveling it out so it cause air pockets in the flooring so I had to have him stop to fix them but wanted to charge 500 just to level the floor. Price was great other than that and he and his helper were extremely hard workers. I would reccommed for smaller projects because he has less experience than most.

Thank you, David! It was a pleasure working with you. I apologize about the uneven slab you mentioned. When I provided an estimate, it was unclear that your subfloor wasn't leveled. It wasn't until after I did the flooring that we found that it wasn't leveled, which is why we added that cost to the price of the project. I hope that it all worked out for you! Best of luck!
