FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and always explained up front. Most diagnostics and small repairs fall between $45–$95, while larger repairs depend on the specific equipment. We never upsell or replace parts you don’t need. After diagnosing the issue, we clearly explain the problem, provide options, and get approval before starting any work. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick diagnostic visit where we inspect your equipment, test your water, and identify any issues. We explain everything clearly, give repair or service options, and answer any questions before beginning work. After the repair or cleanup is complete, we send photos and a summary so you know exactly what was done. Many customers choose to continue with weekly pool service afterward to keep their water crystal clear year-round.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician has over 20 years of professional experience in pool equipment repair, water chemistry, and residential/commercial pool maintenance. Our lead repair technician also has his CPC licensing! We stay updated on the latest pump technology, automation systems, salt systems, filtration upgrades, and Florida code requirements. Our team is fully trained in diagnostics, safety standards, green pool recovery, and preventative maintenance.
