- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are completely based on the complexity of a client’s tax return. We will discuss the situation and assess what is most appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any new customer I work with will be setup on a secure client portal to share his or her documents. He/she will also sign an engagement letter so both parties are comfortable and protected. After the client has uploaded all documents to the portal, I get to work. When the job is done, I explain everything to the client and make sure they understand their tax situation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of people. I have helped large families with all different types of returns, including individual income tax returns, and partnerships. I enjoy helping families take care of all their tax needs.
