- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on a per project basis. When creating video content there is a lot that can go into each video (music, voice-overs, special effects, actors/ actresses, additional crew members, etc.). A 30-second promotional video can cost $500 or $5,000 but we work hard to make every penny count. We do offer discounts when you agree to several video projects - i.e. the more video content you hire us for, the more affordable we make our pricing. We prefer repeat clients, therefore we like to reward those who hire us again and again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to set up an initial consultation. This can be over the phone, video chat, or in person (we are COVID compliant). From there we get to know a little about you and your brand/ business - like what makes you different, why you do what you do, your unique selling points, and what your goals are with video. After this, we begin the brainstorming and pre-production process. You can be hands on all along the way or let us handle every little detail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began creating videos as a hobby in college. A few business owners saw my work and I started getting contacted by several local and small business in the South Florida area. I began creating promotional and marketing videos for them. By the time I graduated, I had skills and knowledge to pursue it full-time and have enjoyed every minute of it ever since. As an entrepreneur, I am passionate for growing and scaling businesses and video is the number one way to do that in todays digital age.
