Philip White and his team did an amazing job drying out my wall after water damage took its toll. They came out quickly, deployed fans and dried out the area before mold could take over. They also applied a mold prevention solution to the wall and floor for safe measure.

Philip was very responsive and stopped by the following day after we spoke to inspect my water damage. He performed a moisture scan and offered a lot of information and recommendations on the proper next steps to remedy the situation. Gave me the facts that I can use to hopefully influence my property management to fix the damage and prevent mold growth.

We hired them to paint our home and were very concerned about everything matching the approved colors perfectly due to our strict HOA. They assured us that they would match perfectly and they did! The attention to detail was also amazing. For example, they painted behind the cables on the outside of the house (unlike many painters that just paint the cable and leave the house behind it untouched). They also continually inspected their own work and would readdress an area if it wasn't perfect. They sprayed the house with sealant before painting and painted very precise edges between colors. If you demand perfection, you cant go wrong with this company. When they finished, they asked us to take a day or two to inspect the house and to call them back if we had an issue. We circled the house countless times and all we found was the bottom edge of our front door that had a few thin brushstrokes. We told them what we had found and someone was at our home 30 minutes later to fix it. When they arrived, I was changing the lock on our door, and they actually touched up the areas the new lock didnt cover. Lastly, they actually call you back when you ask for a quote! Sorry for the rambling, I will end now but just know I could go on and on. We 100% recommend!

I used this company for painting the exterior of my house a few weeks ago. Initially I met with Phil and his wife who were very knowledgeable, guided me through the process, reassured me when I was hesitant about the paint color and was prompt in answering my questions or concerns.His team worked diligently in getting the job done on time and always left the property looking spotless. After the completion of the job we did a walk through. Any area of concern were handled immediately. The final walk through was spot on.The pricing was reasonable and fair.I have done quite a bit of renovation at this house and Phil and his team were one of the best. I would definitely use him again without any hesitancy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects are industry standard using exacting software called"exactimate"that tells us what prices are anywhere in the world that is fair or industry standard, but custom jobs need a trained eye to estimate, we are usually never the cheapest, we're not going for bargain basement shoppers, we look for people who want to have a job they can be proud of for many years to come,we have middle of the road prices but top notch quality is forever our goal and never cut corners just to beat another estimate, we are flexible and fair always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very typical process is first to answer and return calls,most everyone says my communication is best they've seen, I keep my cell phone in front shirt pocket and I actually answer it instead of sending you to a answering machine, I do try to screen my calls because every salesman is ringing my phone off the hook,but I have a app to sort through most of those, each day I notify our customer every day of what step were doing at the moment what is the next step in the process, when we're heading over with time estimate ,we work close to meet or exceed expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified in flood restoration from IIRC World standards, and certified in paver sealer application process, and also attended many classes on carpet cleaning ,tile &grout and care and cleaning, and most would agree were the highest rated painter in Orlando for having the most A reviews out of 2500 other companies on angieslist ,see my Facebook page, philip white painting and carpet cleaning llc for pics of recent jobs I've posted.
