Jay was excellent in serving my request to change water filter and show me how my current filtration system works. He also sells his own system but there was no sales pressure. Overall very satisfied and would reach out again in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Jay and his team did an outstanding job with our water softener installation. He was very professional when interacting with us. His knowledge and experience far exceeded our expectation. He took the time to explain each system and configuration for the water softener and how it worked and filtered throughout the house. After the job was done his customer service did not stop as he would occasionally reach out to and check in to see if we had any questions and to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work. My family and I noticed the difference and quality of the water immediately after the water softener was installed. Highly recommend Jay’s service.

Jay is excellent. I am very happy to have selected him to install my whole house water softener and filtration system. Jay is very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and frankly just a great guy. Jay also installed a reverse osmosis system for me and went through everything, the softener, filtration, and under sink reverse osmosis system so I fully understood the products and systems. I could not be happier, I really appreciate all the work he did.

I had my water softner and filter installed by Jay. Jay arrived on time and kept me informed throughout. Pricing was transparent from the start with no hidden charges and no surprises on the final bill. There was no runaround. The work is pretty impressive. Jay explained how the system works and answered my questions directly. He also tested water before and after to see the results myself. I have done hopping around to get best rates and best water softner on market, I would recommend to go ahead with Jay, he is professional person and the softner Clack is stable one which I read from reviews.
