My water softener was leaking a good amount of water. Jay walked ne though over the phone how to stop the leaking before any other action, which was super helpful. We set up a time for evaluation and a plan was made for system replacement of my 10 year old system. Jay showed up on time with no surprise fees added on to the agreed price.
