Jay is excellent. I am very happy to have selected him to install my whole house water softener and filtration system. Jay is very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and frankly just a great guy. Jay also installed a reverse osmosis system for me and went through everything, the softener, filtration, and under sink reverse osmosis system so I fully understood the products and systems. I could not be happier, I really appreciate all the work he did.
