I was able to schedule with Heatwave WC in a few days after I made contact with Alex. He was on time, easy to work with and the windows were super clean inside and out. He was fair on price and I am going to have him clean my windows every 6 mos. Thank u Alex.

Outstanding Service — Old-Fashioned Integrity and Quality Work!
I generally have my windows cleaned once a year right before the holidays. For years, I used the same window cleaner, but after he retired, I had a difficult time finding anyone who matched his quality and professionalism. I skipped last year entirely because the company I tried the year before left me extremely disappointed.
This year, I searched on the Nextdoor app for recommendations and came across HeatWave Window Cleaning. I spoke directly with the owner, Alex Hubert, and scheduled an appointment. From start to finish, I cannot express how impressed I was with every part of the service.
Alex arrived right on time with Ian, a newer member of his team. The very first thing that came to mind was, “I remember when companies used to operate like this.”
Punctual, personable, communicative, with genuine attention to detail and excellent work.
What stood out even more was Alex’s leadership — he didn’t just supervise; he inspected what he expected, ensuring the job was done to the highest standard. That level of accountability is rare these days.
When the job was complete, I thanked both Alex and Ian and handed Alex a couple of bills as a gratuity. Without hesitation, Alex turned to Ian and handed him one of the bills, splitting the tip — a small gesture that spoke volumes about his character and respect for his team. Talk about leading by example.
All around, this was a five-star experience in every way. I highly recommend HeatWave Window Cleaning to anyone looking for quality work and true professionalism.

Alex is very professional and super meticulous and he did a fantastic job. There is not one streak in any window inside or out. He even did the windowsills and cleaned the screens. I would highly recommend him. As a matter fact, I put him on NextDoor, which is The Villages Neighborhood correspondence page and hopefully he’ll get some business from that! There are 140,000 people here!

The biggest factor in pricing is the number of windows to clean. Types of debris on windows can also affect pricing, for example removing construction debris (stucco, concrete, silicone etc.) from glass would be priced differently than a basic window cleaning service.
