- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train 6 days a week my regiment includes weights 10 mile runs each morning and basics of Yoga ,Tai Chi , Thai boxing and boxing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I feel that ppl lack my knowledge and I garuntee most trainers haven't been punched in the face as much as I have .
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly aerobic kick boxing and boxing.
