- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customer and their needs. Ask to ensure full understanding. Make sugestions to possible improve the job. Follow up to ensure 100 % satisfaction after job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for computers, Engineering, and Biomedical clases, I also tood many seminars that build my knowledge. Work as handyman in senior community, gated community, apartment complex, and private customer where I was in charge of daily work calls included but not limited to resident and commercial (inside out).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took engineering clases and I work for gated communitys and apartment complex before I start with Thumbtack.
