- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Q: What if I do not have Insurance coverage? A: United understands that not all home or business owners have coverage. Our team will work with you and your budget in order to get your specific needs taken care of. We are here to help the community as well as the economy. It is possible that we can devise a payment plan and we also take Visa and Master Card as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified water mitigation and mold remediation professionals. We require all employees to participate in continuing education to ensure proper maintenance of required certifications.
