If I could choose zero stars I would. First of all, he forgot to install the heat strip in my unit and I froze for a week our first winter with the unit. Marshall was ignoring all my calls and texts when i tired to get him to come back to install the heat strip which he was bound by contract to install bc the heat strip was on my invoice and I had a 2 year labor warranty. When I finally got ahold of him, he told me I had to wait several days before he could install the heat strip. Only a few short months later my AC stopped working. It's a year old machine and already not working...Most likely due to poor work. I reach out to him and he tells me he will come by at 6:30-7:30. At 7:20 I checked in with him bc he has a long history of being flaky. My texts and calls weren't going through and I feared he blocked me. I called three times under the impression that my calls were not going through. Moments later he calls back and immediately begins screaming at me. I try to explain that I thought my calls weren't going through and that is why I called three times but he shouted that he would not be coming to fix my ac despite the 2 year labor warranty. His customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced, he is lazy and not careful with his work, and I've heard from other AC companies that he gets complaints all the time. Do not get sucked in by his low quote...It is low for a reason.
