I had a horrible issue at my house. The owner came out and tested my house and saw how sick my family and I were. They came out a couple days later and treated my house. We are all doing great now, with zero asthma issues since! I am so happy with this company!! If I ever have an issue again or know anyone who does, I will be giving them this company's information!!! I randomly found mold in my closet. Requested an estimate. Craig reached out and I was able to schedule with Brian around 9pm ish. Business owners aren’t available around that time so I’m thankful he took the time to schedule an appointment with me for the next day. Max came out the next day on time super awesome guy. Really good at what he does. Made me feel comfortable, safe, and most importantly kept me calm. Who wouldn’t freak out after discovering mold on luxury items and also in a expensive apartment. He took surface samplings also air. I am waiting on results but I can assure you I feel great that I hire Nanoguard. Thank you Max and the team.
