- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A large portion of my life was spent not speaking my truth; my true self became so diluted and watered down, all the color in my life was muted. Until one year instead of my regular New Years Resolution, I decided to pick a word that I would endeavor to live for that year. My word was AUTHENTIC It was through this year of discovery that I was able to reconnect and embrace the real me, allowing me to amplify the voice within and live my life inside out. It had an amazing impact in all areas of my life: my relationships, career, and my overall satisfaction with life. In spite of tremendous changes that included job loss, relationships ending, family problems, thorough it all I was able to remain true to myself, not indulge in needless worry, and sail through waters within inner peace and happiness, constructing a life that I love.

Life Coaching is about partnership between the client and the coach. It is important to have a great connection and rapport. Make sure you get a free consultation before buying a package to ensure a good fit.
