A few days ago, our water heater began leaking water. This leak was discovered by my wife while doing laundry. I contacted Tcharby on the thumbtack app, and he was eager to remove and replace the defective water heater. After speaking with him I was comfortable choosing him for the job. Typically, I get three estimates before hiring someone. However, I selected Tcharby because he was the first to contact me and was knowledgeable, and had experience with installing water heaters and a litany of plumbing fixtures and appliances. I am so glad I did because he was prompt, reasonably- priced, personal, and considerate. In a short period, the new Rheem water heater was installed and working. Now, my family and I can enjoy hot water for years to come thanks to Tcharby.
