- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We rarely quote a job sight unseen. Every job, no matter the surface, is different based on what has made the surface dirty, what the client wants, and what it will take to make the surface clean. Be wary of anyone that offers a price quote without seeing the job first. Because we come to you to discuss your needs and see the surface to be cleaned firsthand, we stand by our price quotes. The only way we will raise a price is if the nature of the job has changed and the client is 100% in agreement with the revision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we will speak on the phone and book a time to come out to your location for a free inspection and estimate. We also offer free demonstrations. We prefer to see the surface that needs to be cleaned because every job is different and we may see something you don't notice. We are honest and upfront about what we think the job requires to exceed your expectations. We will carefully discuss all possible aspects of what the client wants done and how we can best meet those needs. Then we will put together an estimate, find a time to do the work that fits with your schedule and get the job done as quickly as possible.
