- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are not cheap nor are we very expensive, our prices reflect the quality of work we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before taking on a new customer I make sure that they actually do need an electrician so I try to help out as much as I can on the phone before making a trip to meet and discuss with the customer what ever issues they may have. after which a quote is sent and a contract which they sign and send back to us. If it's a job that's more than a days worth of work a deposit will be required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed all necessary schooling and attained our documents needed to do our job.
