I had Chris from CM Quality Construction come out to look at a siding issue on my home, and I’m really glad I called him. He arrived when he said he would, carefully inspected the siding, pointed out the areas starting to separate, and explained how that could let water into the wall if not addressed. What I appreciated most was the honesty, he gave me realistic repair options (including a simple short-term fix I could do now) instead of pushing an expensive replacement. Friendly, knowledgeable, and straight-shooting. I’d absolutely use Chris again and recommend him to friends.
