Lucas and his team at L Pro Services we able to help us build the shower we've always wanted. From the beginning it was clear that Lucas would go the extra mile to give his clients what they want. During our planning phase we had to make several changes to the design. Every time we contacted Lucas about a change via text, we always got a response within the hour. He was very flexible about the scope of the job. We added a luxury rainfall shower kit, and shower door installation after the job started. He made a call to get his plumber out and the job kept moving forward. Everyone on the team has a strong work ethic and it is apparent that they take pride in their work. From the moment they arrived until they finished for the day, work was nonstop. Someone was onsite everyday (M-F) from day 1 until the job finished, even as the job ran longer than planned. Any time there was an option, Lucas provided the pros and cons of each, and his professional recommendation. At no time did we feel pressured into upsell. We felt that he genuinely wants to create the best result that will last a lifetime. As for cost, L Pro Services provides amazing value for the price. We had 2 other estimates and Lucas came in below both. We were impressed by the high rating and the images of past work. In the future, if we have any additional home improvement projects, Lucas will be our first call.
