- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work, surface condition, prep required, and materials used. I don’t cut corners to offer the lowest price—instead, I focus on quality, durability, and a clean, professional finish. I occasionally offer discounts for larger projects, multi-room jobs, repeat customers, or flexible scheduling. Any available discounts are discussed upfront during the estimate so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s goals, timeline, and budget. Then I provide a free estimate after reviewing the space and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project at a convenient time. Before starting, I protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas and complete all necessary prep work. During the job, I maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep the customer updated. After completion, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.

I have hands-on, real-world experience in residential painting and home improvement. My background includes on-the-job training, continued learning through industry best practices, and working directly with homeowners to deliver clean, durable results. I stay informed on proper prep methods, surface treatments, product selection, and application techniques to ensure each project is completed correctly and professionally.
