If you are looking for a reliable lawn service ~ Remarkable Lawn is not it. I have been using them over a year. They started out good, but the last 6 months has been awful. They will go two weeks between cuts promising to show ~ and they do not. They use to edge the lawn ~ no more. I am owed a refund Samantha (owner) has agreed is owed. I doubt Ill see it. If you own a business ~ please dont use your child/children as your excuse for not fulfilling your commitment to your customers. I raised two daughters on my own working a full time job. Its called Daycare/babysitters. If your equipment is always failing ~ this is your business ~ invest in it!! This is the state they left my lawn in ~ thats just the backyard ~ front is worse.They are nice people ~ just should be more business oriented

Ive been working with Remarkable Lawns for awhile yet the professionalism has taken a decline since the end of last year. In November sections of my screen were damaged when they were weed whacking. Since then it has been brought to their attention 5x as I was told multiple times that they would replace the sections damaged or hire someone to fix it. Between being told they didnt have time, the rain held them back, its peak season and they need to do this in the off season..it was one excuse and delay after the next. When I told them I would cancel the service, they cancelled my last week stating I already got 4 cuts that month (July has 5 weeks), so with the 5th one being complimentary to help their customers and since I was cancelling, they wouldnt do it for the last one. Like I said, things started off well but went downhill. If someone owns their own business, doing right by your customers should be key vs not following through on things they caused damage to.

Excellent lawn care. Very professional. My lawn always looks well groom. Rates are fair and if I need any thing extra they are happy to take care of it.
