Lenny was very punctual and very honest. I appreciate the fact that he was so honest about the job and acknowledged the fact that I needed more help than he was able to provide instead of saying he could do it and creating a mess. He made some very good suggestions and gave me options on where to turn for the help I needed. I give him 2 thumbs up and will be calling him again for reorganization help.

The move is not until next week but I was impressed with Lenny's sense of caring and wanting to accommodate my particular needs and move. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of prices depending on your needs.
Our usual estimate of $99.00 a hour, includes shrink wrap, blankets, and and dissembly and assembly of your furniture and appliances. My long term, experienced moving crew is also included in the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming all of the necessary information, a quote is given to our potential new customer. If the terms are acceptable, a date and time for Lenny Van Go to do the move is setup. No deposit is required.
