FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of assessment needed and the size and complexity of the home. Most homes begin with a Healthy Home Assessment, and pricing is shared upfront before your appointment—no surprises or hidden fees. Because each home is different, we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. Our focus is on accurate diagnostics and clear recommendations, not upselling unnecessary services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call/text to understand what you’re noticing (symptoms, odors, humidity, visible spots, recent leaks, etc.) and what outcome you want. We schedule your visit and send a short pre-visit questionnaire so we arrive prepared. During the appointment, we do a walkthrough, ask targeted questions, and take objective measurements (and sampling when appropriate) to identify likely sources—not just symptoms. After the visit, we compile everything into a clear report with findings, photos, and prioritized recommendations. We then review the results with you, answer questions, and help you understand next steps (including what’s urgent vs what can wait). We follow up if you want help verifying improvements after changes are made.
