DON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE for appliance repair!!! I'd like to include that Andrei was also punctual and responsive. I picked him/his company because he had all 5-star reviews on Thumbtack. He DEFINITELY goes out of his way to fix/repair, and is in NO RUSH to check his work before he tells you he's done. He checked, double-checked and checked again. And the price was *MORE than reasonable. He arrived on a Sunday @ 4:15 PM and fixed the issue with my Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine AND my LG ice maker. Giving Andrei five stars is an insult. He should get TEN stars.

Andrei was very responsive within a few hours of my call and diagnosed and fixed the problem by recalibrating the washing machine. He says this is a common problem for my model of kenmore washer it was only a little over a year old so warranty did not apply. He charged $65 and said if it happens again the board needed to be replace and would deduct the visit cost from the price which was reasonable. I definitely will reach out if I need him for this and other appliances if needed in the future. Thank you Andrei!
