I had just moved in to my condo as a new homeowner only to find out my water dispenser on my refrigerator didn’t work. I hired Yuri with Lurico and it was the best decision I’ve made. It was a challenging repair that required more than one appointment but Yuri never gave up. He was professional and a great communicator and explained everything so I could understand the issue. This guy is very smart and an outstanding repairman. Yuri went above and beyond and his level of service is nothing short of exceptional. I am over the moon happy that I don’t have to replace my refrigerator thanks to Yuri’s tenacious work ethic. My whirlpool oven sensor needed to be replaced. Lurico was very professional. He checked to make sure my assessment was correct. After he replaced the sensor he checked all the other parts to ensure they were intact and working correctly. He is efficient and was very knowledgeable with the repair. He also helped clean the floor where the stove is. I had a bracket that fell off 1 of my steps and he repaired at no cost. I strongly recommend using Lurico and definitely will use again. He was also quick to respond
