I’m very happy with the chandelier installation. He arrived right on time, worked carefully, and did an excellent job. The fixture was installed securely and looks great. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of the space. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Quick and professional. Both in response and completion time. Thomas talked me through the project, offering alternatives, before agreeing on the job. His communication was consistent, and the end result was with complete satisfaction. I will keep Thomas in mind for future carpentry projects. This job was related to woodworking and trim.
I chose Thomas D Construction based on the reviews and I’m happy I did! My company was in search of a framer to create one big confrence room into 2 offices since our team is growing. Thomas responded to my request very promptly and gave us a quote the next day. He understood our vision for what we wanted and got to work right away on the plans. He was done less than a week. Thomas is very kind and considerate. We had a lot of employees working around him and he kept the area clean and the noise was barely an issue. He did an impeccable job on the dry wall and paint. (I will add the painting was more work than anticipated because we had sticker decals to carve off. The white walls look so much better!) He is very particular about his work and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Thomas!

Excellent service. Called the day prior to confirm appt and project. He showed up on time and was ready to work. He finished assembly of the gym and had time to change light fixture at the front door. I would definitely call him back to do more work around the house. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job I will give a price, or do it by the hour. I have a 4 hour minimum labor charge on any job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set an appointment to come and look at your job. I will take a detailed list of everything needed to be done. Measure, and take lots of pictures. I will either refer you to an architect, or do floor plan drawing myself depending on the scope and size of your job. I usually provide all the carpentry services in house, and I work with great sub contractors for electric plumbing hvac etc. I like to get multiple bids from other trades to get my customers the best price to complete their project.
