- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be offering downloadable modules and a proprietary software App called "Intercombio" at some juncture, yes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As I came out of school, I just "fell into the profession" I had a friend in high school that had a father who had a restaurant in Georgetown D.C., there was someone at the restaurant that sparked my interest being a creative type and good working with my hands, it seems like a natural, thirty years after having been in culinary, I guess so.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Anything is possible, tutelage on everything from Cake Decoration, group tutorials and seminars, romantic desserts for two prepared at your home. limited catering and personal/private Chef services. Classes in themed what we call "Grand exhibitions" From "Mad Hatter Tea parties", "Macaron Madness", to "Death by Chocolate" seminars.
