I offer the following services: Virus removal, Pc tune-ups, Data Recovery, upgrades & wireless network installations. troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Repairing, and replacing all hardware components in desktops, and laptops, of all makes, and models. I also custom build desktop computers, and gaming computers. Clients can choose to drop off their system at my location, or I will travel anywhere in S. FLA for a small fee.
I love to help people , and to see the joy on their face, and relief that I solved their issue is such a great feeling .

Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed this experience working with Mike. Not only is he extremely hardworking, he’s dedicated, ridiculously kind, and the prices are absolutely perfect ! I had to get my pc rebuilt due to bad cable management and I was missing cables, and he went out of his way to buy me the cables I needed, and give me extra cables for certain pc parts ! He’s so genuine and the perfect person to call when you need any pc help, he’s so smart as well ! I attached some photos of him that I took and you can’t even tell me that his smile is so heart warming :) (he’s not wearing a mask since I just got him some water so don’t worry! He kept it on the entire time)
Summary: he’s the perfect choice !

Mike exceeded my expectations. My computer was not an easy fix as I thought I lost all my files that, up until now, was not wise enough to back up. He stayed and worked on my computer, tirelessly for 8 hrs until he got it up and running. (All the while with a friendly smile on his face) His fee’s are extremely reasonable, also. I am very grateful for his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $59 per hour at your location. I charge as soon as I get to your location. There is a travel fee of just $30. Work that is brought to my tech garage has a small flat rate according to job performed. We offer Free Diagnostics at your location!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer same day service. We offer a guarantee or your money back. If we don't resolve the issue there is no charge. We offer Free Diagnostics!! I accept all forms of payment. I do expect to get paid upon completion of work the same day. We will go over your computer when I am finished with the job, if you are not satisfied you don't have to pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Mike and I am the lead technician. I have three certifications. I went to a tech school specifically for computer repair. I am A+ certified, Net+ certified, and I am a Microsoft certified administrater. I have been a tech working in the field since 2003, and I service both home user, and small business.
