- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take a lot of time figuring out our pricing as far as industry standards. We may not be the lowest, but we also probably aren’t the highest. We feel that great pet care is invaluable and repeat business is necessary for your pet to get to know us or whoever you choose. Depending on circumstances, we may increase or decrease, but on average we stick with a base rate. There are some variables as far as if it’s weekly regular walks or drop ins, then a discount will be applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions during the initial contact to get an idea of the breed, behavior, health history the behavior, and the dates that help is needed. Then we set up a meet and greet in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Showing dogs, training dogs, online classes, pet CPR, birthing farm animals, gaining knowledge from leaders in the field.
