Photography is my passion! I had a job/career for 15 years before I found my passion. It really makes a difference doing what you love, it does not ever feel like work because I enjoy every moment. My wedding really prepped me for what I want to give couples. I want to make sure every special moment is better. Getting a glimpse into peoples lives if only for and building relationships. Giving a gift of your precious memories frozen in time for years and years to come that you will show your grandchildren. Beauty, joy, laughter. My favorite part is getting to share that with the bride and groom from my perspective by telling their story and then watching them re-live it as they look at their images. Priceless.

We just had our engagement session with Dawn and all I can say is WOW. All of our pictures are stunning! We shot at two locations, had two outfits and a prop and she was able to roll with it all. Her and her husband were so relaxed and sweet which helped us to loosen up. It was very clear how skilled Dawn was. She used different lenses, cameras and lighting props to get the best pictures possible! She was also able to give us direction, which we needed a lot of because we have never really been in front of a camera before. Not only is Dawn a great photographer, she is also a bubbly, energetic and sweet person. We were able to trust her opinion on the locations we picked. She spent time really looking at the area and figuring out what would be best for us. Dawn also got us our first-look photos on the same day! We wanted a very relaxed and stress-free wedding process and this photo session kicked it off just right! We will definitely be using Captured Beauty Photography in the future! Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!

Dawn and her husband did our engagement photos, and we could not be happier with them! It felt like we were just a bunch of old friends taking pictures together - it was such a blast! Dawn was incredibly professional, and frequently asked if we had anything specific we wanted. Captured Beauty is also photographing our wedding, and Dawn has been incredibly helpful by communicating frequently with me about all the little details! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have many collections. If you need hourly we can build you a collection to be a perfect fit for you! We work with all budgets and everyone is treated the same. You are all beautiful rock-stars!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet up! It is so hard to see if our personalities go well together over the phone or email. AND you want to get along well with your photographer! If your more comfortable we can always chat and email before we meet, but I do recommend meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I am a memeber of PPA and am always learning new things and trying to be a better photographer. I have studied with Zach & Jody and many more. I recently am studying with Jasmine star via Creative Live and studying with Christina Diaz who are amazing entrepreneurs and masters of light!
