Mr. Tullio is an excellent "old time" craftsman who is truly dedicated and takes great pride in his work. He re-finished and resurfaced wall areas which were damaged in two of my bathrooms. What I appreciated the most was that he enabled me to work along side with him to order minimize my overall cost. Mr. Tullio's chargeable direct hourly labor rate is right at the current market rate. He showed up on time and was very efficient with his work effort. It was a pleasurable to work with him, and I've decided to re-hire him for a larger job in my home to be completed sometime after the upcoming holidays.
