- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the information given at the time of the quote. I do not typically charge for quoting residential projects. Discounts are offered when purchasing product through us. It may be cheaper to buy a TV, soundbar, mount, and mounting service through us then buying parts at an electronics store and then pay us to mount it. While we cannot always beat the big guns on pricing we can always try. Just send us the part you are looking for and the quote from amazon, BestBuy, or other national stores and we will let you know what's possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tend to ask a lot of questions as we want to get to know you, your needs and the site conditions. Once we have all the information, We design our systems with your needs in mind. turnaround time on pricing can vary depending on the service needed (Quoting a TV and mount will be quicker than a whole home system)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a stack of industry certificates amassed over the last 15 years. Most notable being: AVIXA CTS-I (Certified technology installer) AQAV CQT (Certified Quality Technician) Control4 Automation programmer (and level 2 which is no longer offered) Crestron Design and programming certs Lutron Lighting design Q-SYS- Level2 Dante Level2 etc Needless to say I take continued industry education seriously
